Memphis Penthouse

Completed as BIM Manager and Project Manager for Marlon Blackwell Architects

This is a private residence that was completed in 2021 in Memphis, Tennessee. The project is a renovation and addition to an existing home located on the top floor of a mid-rise commercial building with views over the Mississippi River. The project focuses on providing privacy from neighboring properties while also capitalizing on the views to the west overlooking the Mississippi River. Final construction photos are coming soon.
